What tokens do I need to pay for gas when bridging?

Whenever you initiate a bridge transfer, you must pay the network gas fee in the native token of the chain you are sending from (the Source Chain), regardless of where the tokens are going.

Whether you are bridging tokens back to Chiliz, or moving them between two entirely different networks like Solana and Base, here is what you need in your wallet to initiate the transfer:

• Sending from the Chiliz Chain (to anywhere): You must hold native CHZ.
• Sending from Solana (to Base, Chiliz, etc.): You must hold a small amount of SOL.
• Sending from Base (to Solana, Chiliz, etc.): You must hold ETH (on the Base network).
