It is important to understand that the Chiliz team does not manually process, hold, or approve your bridging transactions. The transfer is powered entirely by immutable smart contracts via the LayerZero protocol. If there is network congestion on LayerZero, Chiliz cannot manually speed up or reverse your transaction.
